My opinion - Canadian experience is necessary for all newcomers

I disagree that Canadian experience is necessary for all newcomers in order to be hired in their field of expertise. Firstly, in my opinion, newcomers have enough knowledge in accounting field to do the work and do it as well as Canadian employees. Because the accounting field is the same as in other countries, all accountants have to follow the rules of the International Financial Reporting Standards that have been adopted by the International Accounting Standards Board. In addition, I think that Canadian companies should hire employees from different countries, because the employer will have a better chance to choose employees with strong abilities and work ethic. Finally, in my opinion, newcomers could bring some different experience and skills to help the company move forward to the next level. To sum up, for these reasons, I don’t think that Canadian experience is necessary for newcomers in order to be hired in their field of expertise.
