Opening a Meeting 

Diana: All right, since everybody is here, I think we can get started, Nasser.

Nasser: Well, it’s good to see you all here, thank you for coming. First of all I would like to introduce Judith, from the Operations Department. Would you like to say a few words about yourself Judith?

Judith: Good morning everybody. I am happy to join the team. I have been working in Operations for ten years, specifically with new branch projects.

Nasser: Thank you Judith. Now, let's get down to business... the main objective of this meeting is to agree on ways to create a new branch in Vancouver. I have divided up the meeting today into two parts: the first part is a presentation on the information, then we will have a discussion and then I'd like to hear some of your ideas.

Nasser: Diana, would you please lead us into the second item of the agenda?
